There is missing item on the delivery as it is not the same as what is adverstised and shown on the picture and manual.

The bike rack i got was not the exact product shown in the pictures. It is in fact the $10 dollar cheaper PALVA version. The front fork inserts are made out of a plastic instead of aluminum. The back wheel holder is higher is made out of a single part of plastic instead of the shown anodized aluminum plate with a plastic tire holder secured to it. The T-nuts are out of a standard aluminum profile system and not as pretty and wide as the round ones shown. The bolts really need thread locker to be secure! You can add this yourself but it should really have been included. The roof bars are spaced as wide as possible on my car but the rear wheel carrier is still to close. The product would have been a lot better if the rear wheel holder was angle adjustable. I used the fixed side bars on my car to secure the pedal onto, effectively making the crank an extra support arm. Sending me a different product is not okay! Update the pictures after a product change!
